How it works
Three steps, then it runs itself.
Connect Search Console
We import up to 16 months of history, so your charts are full from day one.
We track every query daily
Positions, clicks and impressions for every keyword and page, not just a list you pick.
See what moved
The pages gaining the most clicks are pulled out, and each shipped change is marked on the chart.
Pages moving up
The pages gaining ground, pulled out.
Thousands of searches shift a little every day. We pull out the pages that gained the most clicks, so you read one short list instead of a spreadsheet.
- Clicks a month before and after, against the 28 days before

Honest recent data
No false alarms from half-finished days.
Search Console keeps counting for about two days. Most dashboards show that as a sudden drop. We mark those days as still coming in.
- Incomplete days shaded and dashed
- Home’s 28-day totals count only finished days
- Reports say when their last days are still coming in

What’s included
Everything rank tracking does for you.
Every keyword, daily
All the queries you appear for, not a hand-picked list you pay per keyword for.
Pages moving up
The pages that gained the most clicks against the 28 days before. A slipping page of ours shows once its fix is queued.
Searches and pages
Your top searches or top pages by clicks, with the change, times seen and position.
Fix markers
Each change CitedSEO ships appears on the chart on the day it went live, so you can see what moved after it.
Honest recent data
The last two days are marked as incomplete, because Search Console is still filling them in.
What is this?Rank groups
How many searches sit in the top 3, the rest of page one and page two, week by week.

FAQ
Questions about rank tracking.
The things people ask most about this feature. Anything else, just ask. A real person replies.

Email us or book a quick call. Most replies land within a few hours.
Get in touchIs this a separate rank tracker?
No. It uses your Google Search Console data, which covers every search you appear for. You do not pay per keyword or pick a list up front.
Why do positions differ from what I see when I search?
Search Console averages your position across every search, device and location. Your own searches are personalised, so they rarely match the average.
How far back does the data go?
Up to 16 months, which is everything Search Console keeps. We import it all when you connect.
Why are the last few days marked differently?
Search Console takes about two days to finish reporting. We mark those days so a half-finished day does not look like a drop.
