What it checks
What the preview shows.
Pixel widths
Titles and descriptions measured the way Google truncates them, in pixels.
What is this?Desktop and mobile
Both layouts side by side, since mobile shows less of a description.
Breadcrumb address
Your address shown the way Google formats it, with your site name.
Character counts
Running counts for the title and description as you type.
What is this?Cut-off warnings
A count turns amber the moment a line runs past what Google shows.
What is this?Nothing saved
It runs in your browser. Nothing is sent or stored.
Opportunity queue
CitedSEO checks every title on your site, not just this one.
It finds titles that are cut off, duplicated or not getting clicks, writes better ones, and publishes them when you approve.

Get in touchIs this exactly what Google will show?
It’s an estimate. We measure with the widths Google cuts at, but Google sometimes rewrites titles or picks a different description from the page.
Why does my description get cut off on mobile?
Mobile results show less text, around 120 characters instead of about 160 on desktop. Put the important part first.
Do I need an email?
No. It works straight away, as often as you like.
