Get in touchWhich AI engines do you track?
ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI. Google AI means AI Mode, plus the AI Overviews on your tracked keywords. We read the same answers people see, with the sources they cite.
What is share of voice?
The percentage of answers to your tracked questions that mention or cite you. If you appear in 34 of 100 answers, your share of voice is 34%.
How often are questions checked?
Every week by default. AI answers vary from run to run, so we look at trends over several weeks rather than single answers.
Is this a brand monitor?
For AI answers, yes. Every week you see where your brand is mentioned, cited and recommended, and who AI picks instead. We don’t score sentiment or watch social media.
Can I see why a competitor is cited instead of me?
Yes. Each answer shows the sources it used, so you can open the competitor page that won and see what it covers that yours does not.
