What access do you ask for?

Read-only access to Search Console. We can see your search data but can’t change settings, submit anything or add users.

Which property type works?

Both domain and URL-prefix properties. If you have both, pick the domain property to see everything.

Why not just use keyword tools?

Search Console is what Google actually showed for your site, not an estimate. It’s the most accurate place to find what one fix can win.

What if my site is brand new?
